The frame of the bench YPSILON is made in steel (30/10 thickness). All metal parts, characterized by a coral-like texture, are fixed together through a plate of 3 mm thickness and M8 screws. The upper part of the bench is made in exotic wood and is fixed to the frame through M5 countersunk screws, which are fastened to L shaped plates attached to the wood with specific bolts.
The bench can be fixed to the ground through specific bolts (not provided) to be inserted on holes (10 mm diam.).
Steel EN10111DD11 is used for the realization of this product and all the elements in this material, after all the different stages (cutting, bending, welding), are treated with electrogalvanizing according to the UNI regulations and are later polyester powder-coated with RAL colours at choice.
As an alternative to steel EN10111DD11, the production in corten is also available, on demand. In this case the material is treated with a specific oxidation process.
The wood used is either Iroko or Okume, treated with natural, water-repellent, UV ray resistant oils.
