Description

You will find the right substructure for any room with us. We have substructures for low hollow floors with a minimum of building technical installations as well those for highly conductive systems which are ideal for rooms or data centres with very many installations. Benefits Optimal solutions for a variety of installation heights Horizontal stability with high load capacity as needed Raised access flooring can also be retrofitted in rooms with low ceiling heights The substructure Type 8 is based on a joist system of longitudinal and transverse profiles in a 600 x 600 mm grid, which have a friction-locked connection to the pedestals via anchor screws. Even without panels the system absorbs tractive and shearing forces. It is suitable for installation heights of 300 to 2000 mm. With various profile sizes the bearing capacity or distance between pedestals can be adjusted to the relevant requirements. Pedestals can also be placed outside the grid pattern to bridge channels and pipes. Depending on the construction of the access floor panels the distributed load varies between 15 and 40 kN/m2. Version with longitudinal and cross beams in grids of 600 x 1200 mm, further versions available on request.
