This 7 ¼” thick Log Cabin style profile allows the installer to stack square and uniform pieces that will give the appearance of a rustic log cabin home. The addition of a 16” x 36” pinheiro planer in 2010 has allowed Powerwood to take on some more challenging and highly custom timber orders like this one. Powerwood can produce large custom timbers of any size. Here are some photos of 30” wide free of heart center western red cedar timbers. The order is for 3 pieces and you can see it is protected top and bottom by using downgrade material as a barrier to fork damage.
