I am a designer and artist who handcrafts contemporary, made to order furniture, wall art and sculpture. My pieces range from bespoke “one-offs” to limited editions and customisable creations, handmade in my Manchester based workshop. Clients have the opportunity to draw on my existing portfolio or commission completely new concepts and play a part in the design process itself.
My journey began in Barcelona in 1996 where I discovered my passion for design, art and craft. He supplemented my self-taught furniture making and restoration skills with specialist training in all three fields, whilst working on commissions for bars, restaurants and domestic clients. I returned to the UK in 2002 to take myskills to the highest level whilst training at two of the country’s leading “fine furniture” workshops. Running my own business since 2004, my clients have spread from Manchester and Cheshire to the rest of the UK and overseas.

My focus is on creating original, exquisitely made pieces with an attention to detail, which are designed to be passed from generation to generation.
By liaising directly with the clients, as well as designing and making the work myself, I ensures that both the creative intention as well as quality of the finished piece are not diluted during the process.
The very personal, human touch is also conveyed through the ideas that inspire me, derived from a variety of sources. Whether it is the flow and movement found in the natural world or the reassuring definition and symmetry found in strong geometric forms, my aim is to bring a sense of balance and calm to my clients’ living and working environments.
