FIAM ITALIA
私たちについて
Founded by Vittorio Livi 1973, FIAM ITALIA designs, develops and produces furniture in curved glass blending craftsmanship and technological innovation. For more than 40 years FIAM has been an example of Made in Italy excellence in the world. Every table, mirror, console, chair and every other piece of furniture is entirely produced in Italy, certyfying high quality and tight control of the entire production chain.
FIAM’s commitment is to create unic and state-of-the-art products combining business know-how and creativity of world famous designers with whom it collaborates. Glass becomes a unique star in the world of fine design, creating furnishings that astonish by their strength and fascinate for their transparency; design items which would rise above the age of their production, untouched by the passing years, spaces and fashions. FIAM and its products are in the most prestigious museums of the world and over the years the company was awarded with prestigious awards including, in 2001, the Compasso d’Oro Career Award and, in 2016 the Leonardo Italian Quality Award.
私たちの価値観
Fiam expresses a productive philosophy that can be defined as “culture of beauty”. The glass, by its nature, lends itself to be mould, transformed, ruled by the fantasy and artist’s creative force. From its earliest days, FIAM immediately focused on innovation as the driving force for achieving its business and cultural aims. This innovation would proceed on three fronts: skilled craftsmanship, design and research.
