MOP2I is a griddle three-phase 2 zones module induction from the Adventys Heavy-Duty range. The cooking surface is 330 x 600mm. Its equipment can be placed on a cupboard (see Adventys cupboard range) or on your existing worktop (removable feet). Its integrated control panel is controlled using two levers, one for each zone. The induction technology allows a fast temperature rise up to 250°C. MOP2I has a hole for the evacuation of cooking juices and a spatula. The coating allows an easy and quick cleaning by deglazing the surface at full power.
