Fire protection for false ceiling recess lights AF COVER LIGHT is a flexible protection certified under EN 1365-2 for the requalification of mineral fibre REI 120 composite false ceilings with recessed lighting fixtures, guaranteeing fire resistance. AF COVER LIGHT is available in various shapes and sizes depending on the element to be protected. It consists of a glass fabric, the external part is aluminised, the internal part is coated with an intumescent paint. The product is flexible and designed to adapt to small and medium-sized recessed lights and spotlights. Easy to remove and reinstall during maintenance. Using AF COVER LIGHT means the design is not based on the fire resistance integrity of the false ceiling in which spotlights have been inserted.
