Description

ALDA, radial type unit heaters are used to heat big volumes like factories, workshops, hangars, garages, storage areas, gymnasiums, etc. Asstandard, units are manufactured between 6.900 to 42.600 kcal/h capacity at 90 / 70 °C hot water conditions. As an option, ALDA radial type unit heaters can be manufactured to be compatible with superheated water and steam. It is more suitable to prefer ALDA radial type unit heaters in enclosed areas with ceiling height exceeding 4 m. ALDA radial type unit heaters are composed of the combination of specially designed panels from electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet metal. ALDA radial type unit heaters include direct driven backward curved centrifugal fan groups. The quiet and secure fan is powered from the 230 V 50 Hz line. With this fan group, 40% energy savings are provided. Copper tube aluminum fin heating coils are used in ALDA radial type unit heaters. With these high efficiency coils, the desired heat transfer can be easily achieved. For steam and superheated water options (0.5 Atu - 6 Atu), steel tube, steel finned electro galvanized coated heating coils can also be used. Adjustablewings for directing the air stream to the desired side. As standard, bolted joint connections are used for pipe connections. Steam flanged connection is used for steam systems. In case of fresh air need for ALDA radial unit heaters, heating is made by providing the desired proportion of mixed air with fresh air mixing box.
