AHP-E Industrial Type Air Curtains are designed with 5 different types in a capacity range of 3,000 - 10,000 m3/h. Manufacturedto create air curtains at high and uniform speed for industrial doors. High air stream prevents heat loss/gain, dust or smoke ingress from door openings. Specially designed, electrostatic powder painted and insulatedgalvanized sheet metal casing. Low-energy consuming direct driven centrifugal fans are used to run quietly and safely. Units can also blow hot air using hot water or electric heater on request. The casing is structured from specially designed galvanized profiles and the body was covered with electrostatic powder painted galvanized sheet panels with a sheet metal thickness of 1 - 1.5 - 2 mm. Statically and dynamically balanced double inlet centrifugal fans with forward curved blades are used. Direct driven external rotor - motor typefans are used. Thanks to the special electric motor assembly that the units are approximately %30 energy efficient than standard. With this assembly, without any balance problem,fans are running very quiet and safe with 380V / 50Hz line. If, as an option, heating or cooling is needed on the units, additional heating/cooling coils are used. Hot/cold water, superheated water, steam, electrical or DX coils can be installed on the units. Hot/cold water coils are copper tube aluminum fin, steam coils are electrogalvanized steel tube steel fin. Contains control equipment for the control of the unit. Includes contactor, thermal – relay switch and on/off switch. With the limit switch placed on the door, the fans can be started with the opening of the door. If the door closes, the fans stop.
