Description

Rated airflow control possible from outside. Large diameters, high airflow, high pressures possible. Available dimensions : 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315 and 400 mm. Airflow range up to 4000 m3/h Galvanized steel body shell. Male connections with crimped joints. Airflow tolerance: Q average = Q rated +/- 10 m3/h for Q rated ≤ 100 m3/h Q average = Q rated +/- 10% for Q rated > 100 m3/h Operating temperature range: -30 °C / +100 °C. Pressure range up to 1000 Pa. Horizontal or vertical installation. • Automatic control with precise readings (accuracy +/- 10% for air speed > 4 m/s). • Wide range of diameters and airflows. • The airflow setting can be modified even after installation. • Easy to install and use. • Single product for both air supply and return. • Disturbances in the branches of the ventilation or air conditioning ductwork generate variations in airflow. • By using the airflow settings defined in the calculations, ensure the hygiene (ventilation) or thermal comfort of occupants (air conditioning) while limiting the costs of operating the fan unit or air conditioning unit. It can easily be inserted between two sections of circular ductwork to maintain a reliably constant airflow over a wide range of differential pressure. The damper is inclined according to the pressure difference between upstream and downstream of the control module, thereby modifying the diameter of the air passage. This principle guarantees a constant airflow whatever the variations affecting the ductwork. The MR MAX comprises: • A laser-welded, galvanised steel body • A control device comprising: - an aluminium damper
