Damper comprising: aluminium frame made of interior-crimped profiles to ensure an aesthetic finish. leaf made of refractory material. electrical control mechanism protected in a box. The damper comes with indispensable accessories: steel mounting frame 20/10 mm thick, size 12 x 70 mm. decorative aluminium grille with frame integrated into damper, movable vane core attached using invisible Zamak clips. The free air passage through the damper depends on the dimensions and number of leaves. Locking system on leaf to free up as much air passage as possible and reduce pressure losses. The locking system features a trip device attached to the leaf which slots into a bolt lock embedded in the frame. The electro-magnetic trip device resets itself to enable the leaf to be closed with one hand (patented system). Cold air tightness provided by 2 elastomer seals clipped into the frame grooves (the first seals the space between the frame and the leaf, the second between the frame and the duct). Hot air tightness provided by intumescent seals fixed around the outside of the damper facing the vane field and the duct sleeve.
