METAL FILTERS FOR FUME EXTRACTION HOODS IN INDUSTRIAL KITCHENS, CONSTRUCTED ACCORDING TO STANDARD WITH NON-POROUS M0 CLASS MATERIALS, AS WELL AS THE ACTIVE CHARCOAL USED IN ITS FILTERS CONFORMS TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS USE ACCORDING TO THE GENERAL RECORDS OF INDUSTRY AND S.G.C.
Metallic mesh filter
Mesh built with metal (galvanised steel), pulled with a double folding system, with half-moon cross-wire with edges at 45º for maximum filtering, improved drainage and lower saturation.
Stainless steel or galvanised steel frames with folded and flattened edges, making sure there are no sharp surfaces.
Condensation filtering system on the mesh surfaces, with alternative vertical and horizontal folding.
Metallic plate filter
Trapezoidal stainless steel plates, with an arrangement that sets them alternatively, one in front of each other (labyrinth arrangement).
Said trapezoidal shape is an exclusive patent of ALTEX and it offers the minimum resistance to the flow of air, obtaining low load losses and an unbeatable grease retention system. The turbulences formed on the flaps achieve a high performance at high and low flow speeds and, therefore, a maximum protection to oil in turbines, conduits and chimneys is achieved.
They are designed with ergonomic handles that facilitate the handling tasks.
Active carbon filter
Galvanised steel filter frames with folded and flattened edges, making sure there are no sharp surfaces.
The filter body is built with outer metallic retention grilles over a filtering layer (filter file), which contain the active carbon in granular form.
