LULU is a means of expression for people who are passionate about cooking and design. Much more than a gas plancha barbecue, LULU opens up new possibilities with ease. Powerful and easy to use, it allows you to organise beautiful grills, even unexpectedly for 10 to 12 people. Your LULU is delivered with a protective lid. And for steaming or indirect cooking, a cooking dome is sold in our accessories section. HOW TO CLEAN LULU To take care of your LULU, here are some cleaning tips : The tank : It is made of aluminium. It must therefore be cleaned with a non-alkaline (or weakly alkaline) product and with a sponge or a wire brush. Like the one we sell in our accessories section. The pretty coloured walls, the foot : these parts are also made of aluminium. They should therefore be cleaned with a non-(or low) alkaline product. We recommend our Ecolabel degreaser, which is both effective and environmentally friendly. Take a microfibre cloth and gently rub the plates to remove the stains. Caution : Do not use a wire brush on the painted parts (the lid, the cooking dome, the handles, the plate and the control buttons, etc.) in order not to damage the paint. A sponge or microfibre cloth is better suited for cleaning. SHIPMENT Our products are sold exclusively in Metropolitan France (+ Corsica), Belgium and the Netherlands. Delivery is free of charge for orders over 75 €. All our barbecues are manufactured on demand, from Monday to Friday, on the same day as your order. Shipments are made every working day at 1pm. Our carrier will then contact you by telephone to arrange a delivery date. This appointment is made 24 to 48 hours maximum after shipment.
