And for steaming or indirect cooking, a cooking dome is sold in our accessories section HOW TO CLEAN MARCEL To take care of your MARCEL, here are some cleaning tips : The tank : It is made of aluminium and houses a large cast iron piece. It is on this part that the charcoal is burnt. It is removable and easily cleaned with a sponge or wire brush and a basic detergent, or our Ecolabel cleaner, which we sell in our accessories section. The pretty coloured walls, the foot : They are also made of aluminium. They must therefore be cleaned with a non-(or low) alkaline product. We recommend our Ecolabel degreaser, which is both effective and environmentally friendly. Take a microfiber cloth and gently rub the plates to remove the stains. Caution: Do not use a brush on the painted parts to avoid damaging the paint. TECHNICAL DATE SHEET OF MARCEL MARCEL is manufactured in France in our factory located in Isère.
