The LUDILAV range is monobloc from 1,000 to 2,500 mm (monobloc up to 3,000 mm possible as an option). The longer lengths are made by assembling monobloc elements, screwed together, without visible screws on the external faces and in the enclosure volume. LUDILAV: collector height 380 / façade height = 380 mm A support profile is integrated at each end of the monobloc element, allowing it to be suspended by ØM8 threaded rods. The manufacturing method chosen, with folds turned over on all visible parts, ensures a finish free of burrs and protruding parts. All the visible parts as well as the back of the sensor are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (CN 18-10), brushed finish on both sides, grain 220 with PVC protection. The design of the "double skin" sides avoids any marking on the external faces. They are assembled by thermo-welded studs and nuts. LUDILAV S: Single capture hood, impact filters 398 x 498 x 25 mm with stainless steel frame and handle, (flow rate of 800 m3/h per filter), neutral plates 398 x 498 x 25 mm in stainless steel. LUDILAV D: Double collection hood, shock filters (flow rate 800m3/h per filter) and neutral plate on the front and back, allowing an optimal efficiency for deep washing machines. Each monobloc collector is watertight and equipped with a G3/8 stainless steel drain plug at the bottom to drain grease and condensate.
