Double APG K-Horn™ acoustic load 2 x 15" Neodymium cone drivers (4" voice coil) The TB215S is characterized by a very high efficiency and bandwidth product conferring acoustic performance equivalent to that of a great number of subwoofers featuring 18" cone drivers. It is designed for low frequency reinforcement in high power long throw configurations or for indoor or outdoor applications with medium size power systems. The TB215S is equipped with two convection-cooled neodymium 15" woofers, mounted in a complex dual interactive K-Horn chamber. This exclusive load makes it possible to limit the enclosure volumes of the loudspeakers. K-Horn technology allows creating an active horn, allowing a gain of 4 dB on the selected bandwidth. The dual chamber provides excellent control of transducer displacement increasing their mechanical reliability. It offers a very high musical quality, thanks to its frequency response, and a very low level of distortion even at extremely high power. Convection-cooling technology used with the neodymium transducers reduces thermal compression which gives the TB215S an exceptional acoustic pressure capacity. TB215S is a high performance subwoofer combining acoustic innovation and new design developed according to the requirement criteria of operators. It is characterized by an exceptional acoustic pressure capacity and a sound reproduction with impressive impact. The choice of 15" woofers provides a real acoustic versatility between FOH applications for which crossover is between 60 Hz & 80 Hz and stage monitor applications for which crossover can be set up to 160Hz.
