DS-8 architectural wire mesh pattern is based on the DS-2 mesh pattern but plays with its ability to "Nest" and "Oppose". By keeping the heddle frames constant for 3 consecutive wires reveals open space in the mesh pattern. The result is a very low percent open area mesh that might lend itself to a backlit surfacing material.
