The cold plate has a well-insulating base made of black EPP with generous grip strips, you can serve comfortably and safely and without cold fingers. The large, very efficient cooling battery measuring 470 x 265 mm is inserted into the base plate. The cooling gel in the battery is very well suited to food down to -12°C and cools, for example, all dairy products, cheese, salads, sausage and cold cuts. It is very easy to use and the cooling tray is quickly ready for use: Simply freeze the cooling gel in the freezer at -20°C for approx. 4 hours, then place it in the base tray and cover it with a Gastronorm-sized tray. A variety of standard trays fit as covers, either in GN 1/1 size or two trays GN 1/2 or three trays GN 1/3. The choice is huge and can be selected according to taste.
