Fence post D-LOX

D-Lox® is a universal lox post system for panels. There are two fixings for this system: with clamps or u-covering plate. Assets: - Ideal for 2D/2DS panels and Nylofor F - High rigidity PROFILE • Welded rectangular posts • Cross section of the post: 60 x 40 mm • Plate thickness: 1.5 – 2 mm • Hard plastic cap • I/V: 5.00 cm³ (for plate thickness: 1.5 mm) • I/V: 6.19 cm³ (for plate thickness: 2.0 mm) • Inserts in M8 ACCESSORIES • Clamps • U-covering plate • 1 mounting support in steel on top of the post • The base plate (welded or separate) • Security bolts M8 x 40 • Bent arms INSTALLATION The fence is built according to the post-post-panel system. First of all the posts are installed. The panels are then mounted to the front of the LOX posts. The panels are first hung in the metal clamps, which are premounted on the post (see the overview in the table for the correct amount). D-LOX with U-covering plate: (a very secure fixation can be obtained with robust U-shaped cover plates) The panel is then attached by a covering plate that is screwed securely with an M8 bolt. D-LOX with clamps: (for cost-efficiency reasons, steel clamps can be used as an alternative) The panel is then attached with metal connecting pieces that are screwed securely with an M8 bolt. COATING TECHNIQUE AND COLOURS Coating technique Galvanised in-and outside (275 g/m2 - both sides combined) and plastic coated (min. 60 microns) Colours Green RAL 6005 - Anthracite RAL 7016 They are also available galvanized, without PVC coating. Other RAL colours available on request.
