BianMat® has a three-dimensional structure with voids in more than 90% of its volume. It is used to protect slopes against surface erosion and to stabilise coverages in sanitary fillings. Its presence prevents the soil becoming a sterile surface due to the action of rain water or the wind. Its main function is to confine the particles of soil, guaranteeing good stabilisation of the surface lined and facilitating seed germination.
