CANDIWALL System is a high-performance ceramic ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) developed by CANDIGRÉS. It is patented and approved in various countries. It is a facade thermal insulation system that not only allows for a significant energy reduction but also provides an excellent quality finish with visible face brick cladding, giving the facade the authentic appearance of exposed brickwork. It offers high durability and requires minimal maintenance. In rehabilitation works, the CANDIWALL System allows for the insulation of the façade from the exterior, creating a new façade over the existing one. This provides the building with excellent thermal and mechanical performance, as it covers the walls entirely, eliminating thermal bridges and waterproofing the façade. A good insulation capacity prevents harmful moisture derived from condensation. The system, therefore, enables the thermal rehabilitation and insulation of existing buildings without altering their aesthetics. Compared to the traditional TFV (Tijolo Face à Vista) system, the CANDIWALL System allows for a reduction of approximately 80% in carbon footprint due to the lower incorporation of natural resources and significantly lower energy costs required for its production. The transportation and handling costs on-site are much lower, as well as the equipment required for its movement. Its quick application also leads to a reduction in labor costs.
