MDE01 box is an electric control box for remote opening, which can control up to 8 NSHEVs. It guarantees operations even in absence of 230V mains, it performs periodic tests on system functionality and battery status, and it points out possible problems, failures or mains absence. MDE04 box has the same features and signals, but differs for an increased battery case and the possibility to control up to 24 NSHEVs.
