Overview
Outdoor brise-soleil with metal slats composed of pre-painted cold-profiled aluminium louvres (94 mm wide). A gasket inserted during profiling reduces noise and improves the darkening effect of the blind.

Construction and operation
The slats feature alternating high-resilience aluminium-alloy sliding pegs at their ends, which engage with the lateral rails. Slats are connected by an adjustment system consisting of plaited polyester-coated carbon fiber wires; the cable is fixed to each slat by stainless steel staples folded into the slat profile.

Base and actuation
The base of the slat pack is formed by a terminal extruded aluminium profile, anodized or painted to match the slats. Slats are raised by a stabilized tape coated in graphite for long-term durability. Down movement is possible with the slats closed and up movement with the slats open; slat angle is adjustable at any position within the stroke.

Guides and sealing
Lateral tracks are made of extruded aluminium (22×24 mm), anodized or polyester powder painted to match the slats. A double polyethylene soundproof gasket is inserted in the tracks to reduce operating noise.
