SeaPan WP 25G - fireproof acoustic, composite wall sandwich panel based on basalt and ceramic matrix with the following characteristics: • Low specific gravity • Noninflammability and non-combustibility • No smoke or fuses in a fire • High temperature resistance • Low thermal conductivity • High noise-insulating properties • Immunity to vibration • Moisture-resistant • Good breathability • Handling with conventional cutting tools • Easy disposal The new optimum solution for the production of partitions and walls in shipbuilding, construction and architecture and many other structures such as office, technical or residential containers. The use of lightweight composite materials, in this case SeaPan WP 25G panels with a specific weight of only about 7.8 kg/m², allows for a significant reduction of the total weight, e.g. of a passenger ship, by several hundred tons. In addition, a specific feature of this panel is the excellent soundproofing by keeping the surface of one of its sides open. The design of the panel allows to achieve high sound insulation (> 45 dB) with a thickness of two-layer partition not more than 80 mm with fire resistance class B-15.
