Material and surface treatment
Alloy with a reduced carbon content, universally recognised for hygienic properties and excellent corrosion resistance, particularly suitable for outdoor environments. Stainless steel does not oxidize or rust in contact with water and air. The natural protective film of stainless steel ensures long-term resistance and makes the material restorable. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the alloy's properties. The stainless steel used for CEA production is not chrome-plated or subjected to galvanic processes, preserving its ecological, recyclable and hygienic characteristics.

Special finishes: treatments applied on customer request consisting of high-thickness deposition of mixtures of zirconium powder and graphite by evaporation in vacuum (plasma) chambers; these finishes increase surface resistance to detergents and salty air, make surfaces scratch-resistant and, in the Black Diamond finish, reduce limescale deposits through a self-lubricating effect. Color and shade variations are inherent to the production process and are not manufacturing defects; chromatic variations can occur, especially in Bronze and Copper finishes, creating depth and a more natural appearance.
