Low-carbon stainless steel alloy, universally recognised for hygienic properties and excellent corrosion resistance, also suitable for outdoor environments. Due to its chemical composition, stainless steel does not oxidise or rust when exposed to water and air. The material's natural protective film makes it durable and fully restorable. CEADESIGN products are fully manufactured using mechanical processes that preserve the unique characteristics of this material. The stainless steel used by CEADESIGN is not treated with chrome plating or galvanic coatings, preserving its eco-friendly, fully recyclable and highly hygienic qualities.

Special finish treatments, produced on customer request, result from careful colour selection and technological development based on the deposition of high-thickness powder mixtures of zirconium and graphite. Through an evaporation process in sealed plasma chambers these powders condense and solidify, making the steel surface more resistant to cleaning detergents and saline air, and providing anti-scratch properties. In the Black Diamond version the surface is also protected from limescale deposits thanks to self-lubricating characteristics that help keep the product cleaner for longer. CEADESIGN special finishes emphasise the stainless steel's shine and durability. All CEADESIGN special finishes are ecological and biocompatible.

Colour variations
Colour or shade variations are not considered production defects but a characteristic linked to the manufacturing process, which preserves the material's biocompatibility and eco-friendly nature. Colour shifts may occur due to material oxidation when exposed to air, particularly in BRONZE and COPPER finishes. The colour shift adds depth and a more natural effect.
