Special finishes are obtained by high-thickness deposition of zirconium and graphite powders followed by evaporation in vacuum (plasma) chambers, forming a thin protective film. These treatments increase resistance to cleaning agents and salty air, make surfaces anti-scratch and, in the case of Black Diamond, reduce limescale deposits and provide self-lubricating properties. Color and shade variations are inherent to the process and are not manufacturing defects.

Material and corrosion resistance
Stainless steel alloy with reduced carbon content, selected for hygiene and corrosion resistance and suitable for outdoor environments. The stainless steel used is not chrome plated or treated with galvanic processes, preserving ecological, recyclable and hygienic properties. CEA products are manufactured using mechanical processes that maintain the alloy characteristics.
