Overview La Escandella develops construction solutions focused on innovation and sustainability. The Verticalroof system is a ventilated façade assembly composed of a load-bearing wall, an insulation layer and an external cladding fixed to a supporting substructure. The substructure creates an air cavity between the wall and the cladding that ensures continuous airflow and drying.
System description Verticalroof is designed for architectural façades where thermal regulation, moisture control and material finish are key. The system supports ceramic roof tiles fixed mechanically to battens mounted on the supporting structure, enabling a ventilated rain-screen façade solution.
