Overview
HPL lockers by Polybett are manufactured from phenolic compact laminate (HPL/CDF) for use in humid public and commercial facilities such as swimming pools, fitness clubs, spas and sports centres. Panels are moisture-resistant, flame-retardant and suitable for heavy-use changing-room environments. Custom sizes, finishes and lock systems are available for project specifications.

Installation Process

• 1. Fit left, right and back panels; connect with M4×12 round-head screws and stainless steel corner fasteners.
• 2. Install partition 1 and top/bottom panels: secure partition 1 to back panel with M4×25 wafer-head self-tapping screws; connect side panels with M4×12 screws and corner fasteners.
• 3. Fit cork-base bottom panel and secure to side and bottom panels with M4×12 screws and stainless corner fasteners.
• 4. Install clothes rail and flanges through partition holes, fix position and secure with M4×12 screws.
• 5. Mount door panel with hinge and adjust gap between door and side panel as required; use hinges and M4×12 screws.
• 6. Install partition 2 (top, bottom and back parts) and connect to partition 1/back panel with M4×25 screws.
• 7. Install door lock and secure with M4×12 screws.

Custom designs, thicknesses and dimensions are available to meet project requirements. Product is specified for humid public facilities where waterproof, fire-retardant and hygienic materials are required.
