Polybett HPL lockers are made from phenolic compact laminate (HPL) designed for schools, gyms and other humid environments. Compared with steel, wood and plastic lockers, HPL offers improved moisture and fire resistance, a wide range of finishes and long service life, making it suitable for long-term commercial installations.

Installation Process (summary)

• 1. Install left & right panels and back panel; connect using M4×12 round head screws and stainless corner fasteners.
• 2. Install partition 1 and top & bottom panels; use M4×25 wafer head self-tapping screws and M4×12 round head screws with corner fasteners.
• 3. Install cork base bottom panel; fix with M4×12 round head screws and corner fasteners.
• 4. Install clothes rail and flange through partition holes; position and fix with M4×12 round head screws.
• 5. Install door panel with hinges; adjust gap between door and side panel.
• 6. Install partition 2 (top, bottom and back) and connect to partition 1 and back panel with M4×25 wafer head self-tapping screws.
• 7. Install door lock and fix with M4×12 round head screws.
