Product Brief
Polybett HPL compact board is a structural high-pressure laminate panel with decorative surfaces on both sides. Available in thicknesses from 6 mm to 25 mm, it is suitable for interior architectural and furniture applications requiring impact and moisture resistance.

HPL Board Description
This structural HPL panel combines melamine-decorated surface layers and phenolic-impregnated kraft core layers. It can be drilled, tapped, sanded, shaped and cut with standard carbide-tipped tools. Typical performance includes wear resistance, compression strength, heat resistance, cigarette burn resistance, antibacterial and mould-resistant properties, waterproofing and easy cleaning.

Processing & Packaging
The board can be machined with standard carbide-tipped tools (drilling, tapping, sanding, shaping, cutting). Packing methods: plywood cases and plywood pallets; sheets thicker than 5 mm are normally packed on plywood pallets for transport protection.
