The Aristo range of chairs by designer Sebastian Herkner combines premium comfort with precise design. The name áristos’ (ἄριστος), ancient Greek for ‘the most excellent’ or ‘the noblest’, alludes to the classic elegance of the design and the premium craftsmanship. The chair’s most outstanding feature is the backrest with upholstery on both sides framed by elegantly curved seamless tubular steel. Equally distinctive is the double upholstered seat with a striking shadow gap between the upholstered base and the voluminous seat cushion with spring core. The layered upholstery offers inviting comfort, perfect for relaxed evenings with friends and family. Through the use of tubular steel, this contemporary chair draws on iconic designs from the ClassiCon portfolio.
