It's one of the traditional Japanese woodworking techniques, not only strong but also beautiful to look at. ■ Technique The dynamic and stable-looking backrest of the easy chair was realized by our careful drying process and variable thickness forming technique. ■ Size-wise concept Peter Maly is deeply in love with Japanese living styles. Accordingly, a Japanese tatami mat is used as a module to calculate out the size of the items he designed for CondeHouse, which results in this well-proportioned collection.
