But this does come at the expense of comfort. As angular as Mell might be on the outside, it is equally round on the inside. Mell is up for anything: as a versatile seating landscape or - which is new - as a small suite with a high back and loose cushions. And always on such a delicate metal frame that the bed almost appears to float. Supreme lightness. The steel skids with rounded corners are so delicate that the sofa seems to float rather than stand. Staying in shape. Mell is the somewhat firmer version of Mell Lounge. It has less seat depth, thereby ensuring a more upright sitting posture.
