Overview
The CM2-KPFCN Cameo® 2 flush keypad provides Cresnet® network control of lighting, shading, audio, and other building amenities. ENGRAVED models ship with laser-etched button legends and can be configured with up to 136 button arrangements. The W-T option ships White Textured with six preinstalled buttons and default engraving.

Integrated Keypad
The keypad supports 2 to 6 buttons with small, medium, and large caps. The lower four buttons can be programmed as side-to-side rockers. When connected to a Crestron control processor the keypad can trigger remote scenes and actions.

Button Engraving
Custom laser-etched engravings identify button functions. Engraved buttons are factory-installed on ENGRAVED models. Blank-button variants are available for third-party engraving or later replacement.

Multicolor Backlit Buttons and Indicators
Full keypad models provide separately backlit engraved text regions and RGB indicator regions. Each button and indicator can be assigned custom colors and feedback behaviors. Backlighting supports dynamic white from 2000K to 8000K and 13 local color themes (including Tunable White, Neutral White, Cool White, Dim to Warm, Circadian, and custom colors). Feedback may use intensity, color change, or flashing.

Field-Replaceable Buttons
Buttons are field-replaceable to change device function or to install engraved caps later. Replacement CM2-BTNS buttons (engraved or blank) are supported.

Ambient Light Sensor
An integrated ambient light sensor adjusts button backlight and indicator intensity automatically with separate day and night modes for optimal visibility.

Built-In Control Ports
Two digital/analog input ports provide a local interface for occupancy sensors, daylight sensors, contact closures, DC logic, or 0–10 VDC signals. Each port can read a 10K NTC temperature sensor for local monitoring.

Wall Mounting Options
The keypad installs into a drywall cutout using integrated spring clips. A mud-mount kit or dedicated backbox may be used for reinforcement or masonry installations. It also fits many standard US single-gang metal backboxes.

Cresnet Wired Communications
The device communicates with a Crestron control system via Cresnet, a 4-wire bus providing bidirectional data and 24 VDC power. Dual parallel Cresnet ports allow daisy-chaining in multigang arrangements.
