American Oak, Olive Ash with Walnut inlay This bespoke 12 seater dining table was commissioned by a private client looking for a contemporary feature piece in her dining room. The brief was for a simple design where the figuring of the timber would be an important feature. The central “mandorla” shape was created by mirroring the lighter coloured Olive Ash, both along the width and the length, creating a very distinct feature. American Walnut inlay separates the Ash from the Oak frame and legs.
