Vesta is the Di.Bi. security shutter which is characterized by quality, strength and finishes in the manufacturing, sush as the sound-proofing gaskets all along the perimeter of the leaves. Vesta is also equipped with strong iron hinges perfectly welded on the frame and the leave, with stainless steel pin and thrust bearing. Vesta is available on different solutions: from 1 to 4 leaves, for windows and French windows; it can be installed with or without the subframe and also combined to our extending grilles. Anti-intrusion Class 3 Frame made of 20/10 galvanized steel; Leaf profile in 15/10 galvanized steel with guide for sound-proofing gasket; Oval slats (ovaline) made of 10/10 galvanized steel are inserted to the end stop inside the frame. The distance between each slat is variable so that unsightly additional elements are avoided. On both jambs of each leaf, a through iron rod/bar Ø 5mm is inserted in each slat to prevent extraction in case of breaking; Hinges are made of galvanized steel 4 mm thick with stainless steel pin and thrust bearing. Hinges are adjustable on two axes for the solutions with 1 leaf and 2 leaves. For all the other solutions, the hinges (with stainless steel pin and thrust bearing) are made of galvanized steel 4mm thick and they are welded on the frame and on the leaves; Locking system with 3 closing points ( top, bottom and central bolt) European half-cylinder to lock the locking system with 3/5 keys whose code can be changed (1 +3 keys for orders up to 5 shutters, 1+5 keys for orders of more than 5 shutters). Device to lock/unlock the semi-fixed leaf with 2 closing points (not available on the single leaf shutter);
