Expansion joint profiles for thin-bed installation • For different applications in outside and inside areas • Four specialized models available DURAFLEX expansion joint profiles for thin-bed installation are available in four different designs and carrier materials, covering the entire range of application areas for this installation method: in coextruded hard and soft PVC with narrow, unperforated support bases for use in areas subject to moderate stresses and in the outdoor area, e.g. living areas or balconies in coextruded hard and soft PVC with wide, perforated support bases for extra-stable fixing below the tiled surface for areas subject to moderate foot traffic, e.g. offices, storage rooms, salesrooms in coextruded hard and soft PVC with an extra-narrow visible width for areas subject to minor stresses, even outdoors, e.g. living rooms or balconies. The design-based predetermined breaking point also facilitates its use as a connection profile made from a combination of a metal carrier profile (V2A stainless steel, brass or aluminium) and full EPDM inlay for flooring surfaces which are subject to extremely high mechanical stresses, e.g. warehouses and production facilities.
