ECOBLOK are blocks designed to create MONOLITHIC INSULATING COATS, with or without a VENTILATED WALL and a series of solutions to optimise insulation and the architectural problems of the walls to be insulated. ECOBLOK are Coating Blocks (BC) with a facade size of 20x50 cm, with an external wall about 2 cm thick, a cavity of about 3 cm that allows the passage of a blade of air that creates the chimney effect and a rear wall of about 2 cm from which 2 or 3 wings emerge that can be as long as desired from 5 to 20 cm, which determine the thickness of the insulating material to be inserted towards the wall. The block is composed of a mixture of loose expanded clay of various grain sizes, insulating grit of various nature and composition, sand, gravel and cement, and contains a part of recycled material as per CAM requirements. The measurements presented were decided by non-binding design choices, so they can be varied according to production and commercial decisions but always part of the patent. In addition to the facade blocks, the ECOBLOK range includes the BCD (right) and BCS (left) blocks that allow you to have the corners of the buildings and the window contours with the lateral side closed flush with the wall, and with a protrusion of about 2 cm to be able to apply paints or sheets of different colors that highlight the contours. The blocks are joined together by a joint on the lateral faces and by the cement glue on the lower face in contact with the upper face of the underlying block and on the wings towards the existing wall, glue that sticks to the partitions of the blocks by simple contact .
