The Age of Enlightenment is the main inspirational thread behind our luxurious rug collection, Renaissance. Our designs are a liberal interpretation of the French style during the 18th Century while also taking their roots from family heritage archives. Although this inspiration remains resolutely classic in its spirit, contemporary influences are obtained through creative and innovative details and finishes. Volutes inspired by the gold relief decors in a bedroom from Nicolas Fouquet's château de Vaux le Vicomte
