Kyoto Sushi is a collection of forged cutlery (with the exception of the chopsticks which are hollow inside) in 18/10 (AISI 304) stainless steel with a polished finish. Mirror polishing cutlery is a surface processing process through which, with the use of special rollers and fine-grained abrasive pastes, the required gloss is obtained. The main feature is the simplicity of the clean, iconic shapes. The design developed on the idea of purity and balance between the handle's lightness and the spoon cups' curves. The detail of the engraved ring, the focal point between the square handle and the conical part of the neck of the cutlery, highlights the basic but not banal shape. This interruption element allows further combinations of finishes and colors. The goal is to have less impact on the environment and raw materials consumption and consider the duration of the product as fundamental.
