Doluflex® is the registered trademark of the sandwich panel, which consists of a corrugated sheet core glued between two flat sheets. The principal peculiar features of the Doluflex® panel are its light weight, rigidity, levelness and incombustibility, which make it the only one of its kind. MATERIALS - FINISHES - COVERINGS The Doluflex® panel is made mainly of ALUMINIUM, but can also be made of galvanized sheet steel or stainless steel. FINISHES: rough with primer; post-painted; pre-painting; anodized; mirror. COVERINGS: The Doluflex® Panel can be covered with many materials including: High pressure laminate; – Real wood veneer; – Natural or synthetic leather; – Wallpaper; – Fabric; – Adhesive films; – Marble, stone, granite; – Ceramic, Porcelainized grès; – Glass; – Solid Surface (Corian®, Pral®, Betacryl®, etc.); – Glass-reinforced plastic. MACHINABILITY The Doluflex® panel is easy to machine with standard carpentry tools or CNC machining centres with normal cutting and drilling tools. Cuts to measure, milling cuts and cutouts, holes and recesses can be obtained, etc. Hinges of various types, telescopic guides, locks, closing systems and handles are just some of the parts that can be integrated in the panel to obtain semifinished or finished products.
