Meat, fish, vegetable cooking appliance. Operations consist in heating the lava stone placed on a steel support grill. The machine is equipped with a opaque enamel cast iron cooking grill that can be used for meat on one side and for fish on the other. Stainless steel structure - dual insulation wall - piezoelectric ignition - Methane gas powered, L.P.G. kit supplied - patented cooking grill with 4-way tilt - drip drawer. Models 80 and 115 independently turn on and adjust the two cooking surface halves. Optional: Open or closed housing unit.
