Collection Description
With the Flaminia Vases collection, experimentation goes beyond sanitary products, venturing into decorative objects, a process already started with the lamps and stools of the Flaminia Home line. A group of designers from different parts of the world interpreted a simple geometric shape, made of ceramic in the matte Latte color. A blank canvas on which creatives have left their stylistic mark. Japanese designer Nendo decorated it with small drawings reminiscent of a comic strip and named it Sketch. Indian designer Satyendra Pakhalé created Amri, a small painting with simple brushstrokes of color, while fellow countryman Advay Gupta drew inspiration from historical oriental patterns for the Tessora decoration. From Italy, the Dimore Studio duo created Barcode, a highly elegant graphic decoration playing on the concept of a barcode, Leonardo Talarico left his minimal mark in Istinto, and finally, Giulio Cappellini created the multicolor Mansour vase with broad swathes of color.
