Design
In Japanese, the word Haiku denotes a concise poetic form valued for immediacy and apparent simplicity. The HAIKU seating family follows the same principle: a process of subtraction that reaches the essence of the design while requiring precise construction and attention to every structural detail.

Materials and finishing
Cowhide is used for the seat, backrest and armrests to achieve a single-piece, tailored upholstery that fits the metal frame precisely. The metal frame is available in multiple finishes to coordinate with the upholstery.

• Structure: metal frame with finishes in satin, chrome, black chrome, burnished, glossy anthracite or matt titanium 710; or matt lacquered finish matching the cowhide upholstery (examples: sand 610, olive 506, tobacco 515, dark brown 504, extra dark brown 513, grey 503, black 900).
• Padding: crushproof, single-density polyurethane with inserts in thermoplastic material.
• Upholstery: cowhide available in these colours: sand 5001, olive 5006, tobacco 5015, dark brown 5004, extra dark brown 5013, grey 5003, black 5005.
• Feet: turned aluminium with tips in thermoplastic material.
• Upholstery: not removable.
