Ghost is a professional pastry showcase made with a completely transparent and imperceptible structure. An elegant choice, a showcase that enhances the product, which illuminates it and preserves it in an excellent way. It has an openable and heated front glass while the sturdy side supports are in LED-lit plexiglass. The rear closure is made with an insulating roller blind and the motors can be internal or external. The refrigeration is ventilated but with attention to the type of product stored, with a constant and light distribution of the cold, which preserves the organoleptic characteristics of the sweets, cream and creams.
