Side panel with aluminium insert matching the colour of the front. Lift-up, tempered glass fronts (in the VCP versions). Corner units with spherical glass fronts for a full visibility. Electric control panel with digital thermostat. Slicer/scales stand (optional extra). Antimist fan (optional extra). Ventilation grille. Surface for crumbs (bread unit). Condensate collection through a removable tank or through drain piping, on the ventilated version. On the Polo 3 static version, con- densate is removed through evaporation (internal motor) or through drain piping (external motor) – Under-counter storage cells refrigerated by means of cold air downflow and fitted with magnetic doors for all models. The sinuous shapes of the display case are combined with technology featuring new design standards that are outstanding for its category.
