Drinking water in an enclosed storage system Drinking water is expensive, certainly in areas where it is not readily available, so Genap has developed a solution for the safe storage of drinking water in a water silo. The GenaFlexstore® - our fully-enclosed storage system - is available in a range of high-quality designs. The system that is designed using the certified materials is ideal for storing drinking water. The enclosed principle means there is no evaporation and it is not possible for dirt to be blown into the water. The bottom section, consisting of Aquatex PVC foil has both product certification and toxicology (ATA) certification. This means that the foil is subjected to external quality control by Kiwa. The cover, which is made from Genatex 700 drinking water quality, complies with European Directives 2002/72/EC, 97/48/EC and 85/572/EC which relate to contact between foil and food and drinking water.
