During the construction phase of a new car dealership, a Luxembourg car dealer needed a fast and functional alternative to the preparation of sold cars to bridge the gap. With a partly thermally insulated HALTEC BASIC lightweight hall, the company received the ideal temporary solution for the frost-free preparation of vehicles. Particularly fast delivery and foundation-free assembly was important to the customer - this means that the hall can be dismantled again with almost no residue at the end of its useful time. Thanks to the construction in protection class 4 - partly thermally insulated - even the coldest winter cannot harm the vehicles. The sandwich panel walls and the double-walled “roof skin” guarantee frost-free vehicle preparation, cleaning and check-ups at any time of the year. Perfectly adapted to the operational processes A special highlight is the perfect coordination of the size and equipment of the hall. The cars sold enter the hall through the rear gate, are reconditioned and then exit again through the front gate. The finished vehicles can be handed over to customers under the large canopy regardless of the weather - very practical! For reasons of occupational safety and so that the heat does not escape through the large gates, additional pedestrian doors were installed next to the roller gates.
