THE IDEAL TEMPERATURE IN EVERY ROOM Used together with the motorised valve drives from Homematic IP, the smart floor heating controller ensures efficient floor heating for up to 12 heating zones. Individual temperature schedules can be set with up to 13 changes a day in 6 heating schedules (3x heating/3x cooling). Flexible regulation is carried out via a free smartphone app or directly on the Homematic IP Wall Thermostat. PRECISE TEMPERATURE CONTROL The controller ensures a constant flow of heating water, adaptable to different floor structures. Modern control algorithms enable an even and efficient utilisation of the heating system even with low heat demand.Instead of conventional thermal valve drives (open/close), motorised valve drives (HmIP-VDMOT) provide the regulation – these enable permanent hydraulic balancing, making it unnecessary to balance the individual heating circuits manually. SMART AND SIMPLE RETROFITTING Existing floor heating systems can be easily retrofitted. The use of secure wireless communication means that no new cables need to be laid. And, because all the necessary devices can be commissioned directly on site, even without an internet connection, the products are also ideal for new buildings. EASY INSTALLATION The screwless plug-in/clamp connection technology enables easy, tool-free installation. The valve drives are simply connected to the floor heating controller with snap-on connectors. The illuminated display clearly shows the status of the valves, making commissioning and function tests easier.
